Retreat Cancellation Policy

  1. If a registered participant is unable to attend for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with RIRW, someone else to attend in their place. The registered participant must send a written notice of a substitute at least 14 days prior to retreat (closer to the date of the retreat is solely at the discretion of the RIRW board).
  2. If a registered participant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

a)Registrations cancelled MORE THAN 60 days before the event (i.e., by Dec. 1, 2019) are eligible for a full refund.

b)Registrations cancelled 31-60 days before the event (i.e., Dec. 2, 2019 to Dec. 31, 2019) are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.

c)Registrations cancelled 30 days or less before the event (i.e., AFTER Dec. 31, 2019) are no longer eligible for a refund.
